We deliver customized, time-sensitive, and resource-intensive writing services. Refunds are limited to the terms below. By submitting payment, you agree to this policy without exception.
1) Refunds
Full Refunds
- Available only when a written request is received within 7 days of purchase and no work of any kind has begun.
Partial Refunds
- May be considered within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of the service is completed.
- Subject to a 25% administrative fee.
Non-Refundable Services
- Any engagement once work has begun.
- Any service scheduled or delivered after 14 days from purchase.
- Preceptorship matching, admissions support, academic planning.
- Any cancellation or deferment initiated by the client.
- No exceptions.
3) Service Validity
Paused services remain valid for a maximum of 24 months from the original purchase date. After that period, all unused services are void and non-refundable.
4) Disputes
- Submit all disputes in writing to compliance@writing-center.us.
- Our internal review is final.
- All legal proceedings fall exclusively under the laws and courts of British Columbia, Canada.
5) Acknowledgment
By placing an order, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Dispute Policy in full. This policy forms a binding condition of service together with our Terms & Conditions.
